BrewingCalc ("the app") is a brewing calculator for homebrewers. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and your rights.

What We Collect

We collect anonymous usage statistics to understand which features are used and improve the app. Specifically:

• Which calculators are opened
• Which calculations are performed
• Crash reports (stack traces and device diagnostics when the app crashes)

We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other information that could identify you personally.

How We Collect It

The app uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to record usage events. Firebase assigns a random installation identifier to your device for the purpose of counting unique sessions. This identifier:

• Is not your advertising ID (ad tracking is disabled)
• Is not linked to your Apple ID or any account
• Cannot be used to identify you as an individual

The app also uses Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to capture crash reports when the app unexpectedly closes. Crashlytics records the crash stack trace, device model, OS version, app version, and the same random installation identifier used by Firebase Analytics. No personal information is included in crash reports.

Why We Collect It

Solely to improve the app — to see which calculators are useful and which features might need work. This data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
